About the speaker: Lina Fogt Jacobsen is Assistant professor at Department of Management and affiliated with the MAPP Centre. Her research focuses on consumer behavior with a particular interest in co-creation of products and experiences between consumers and companies, peers, and digital devices. The presentation provides an insight into consumers’ use of digital tools in their everyday food practices, and provide some insights on digital opportunities and critical reflections.
