Food of the future – should the farmer be engineer and the butcher's chemist?

On the Food Festival 2019 in Århus “the think tank” Frej focused on what the future holds, and what foods are likely to be.

Milena Corredig from iFood gave an interesting speech about how we eat in ten years ' time. While Jessica Aschemann-Witz from Aarhus University talked about how we can achieve the goals of the development of small volumes, and how to get the large amount of consumers to adapt to the eating habits of the future. The event concluded with a debate and the opportunity to ask questions and become wiser on the topic of Food habits in the future.
