CiFOOD annual conference

With the annual conference of the CiFOOD center we want to share our research activities within fields along the food supply chain – from innovative production of raw materials to consumer science and health aspects. The conference is composed of inspirational talks by speakers from CiFood as well as renowned external experts. By presenting the latest results, projects and technologies, we hope to inspire researchers, students, companies or others interested in food. In short, we want to bring the research to life. To create the most innovation food solution in the entire value chain, different disciplines must learn from each other and collaborate. The conference will provide opportunities for this.

The 1th annual CiFOOD conference

The 1th annual conference of the centre was held online on February 1st - 2nd, 2021, and was a great success with more then 300 registered participates

The conference covered inspirational talks by speakers from CiFood as well as renowned external experts and a number of relevant up-to-date topics of interest to a broad audience was adressed:
